We are dedicated to providing affordable student housing to the UC Berkeley community.

The Alpha Chi Sigma House is home to the premier co-ed chemistry fraternity at UC Berkeley and is a 7-minute walk from campus on the north side. The House has a great community of students with a majority of residents being non-brothers of the fraternity.

The house offers various amenities: free weekly dinners, communal groceries, an in-house washer and dryer, an open communal space to study in, and more!
